1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information: name, email address, company name, and billing details when you sign up or contact us.
- Support communications: messages, attachments, and metadata when you contact our support team.
- Form submissions: information submitted via our contact form.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, sync events triggered, and error logs within our app dashboards.
- Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URL collected when you visit our website.
- Cookies: session and preference cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
Information from third-party platforms
- Shopify: when you install one of our apps, we receive the store URL, owner email, and the scopes you authorise (e.g. read/write orders). We only request the minimum permissions required to operate the app.
- Afterpay: for Afterpay Order ID Update, we receive transaction IDs, payment statuses, and amounts to write back into Shopify orders. We do not store this payment data beyond the immediate sync operation.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our apps and website
- Process and complete sync operations on your behalf
- Send transactional emails (setup confirmations, error alerts, renewal reminders)
- Respond to support requests and enquiries
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Improve our products through aggregated, anonymised usage analysis
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your store data for advertising or profiling purposes.
3. Information sharing
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: we use a small set of vetted sub-processors (cloud infrastructure, email delivery, payment processing) who handle data only as instructed by us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Platform requirements: Shopify receives confirmation of app installation and API activity as part of its standard developer program.
- Legal compliance: we may disclose information where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
- Business transfers: in the event of a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to the same privacy protections.
4. Data retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide services. Sync logs are retained for 90 days. If you delete your account or uninstall our app, we delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the relevant authority within the timeframes required by applicable law.
